"Packaging was just okay"
The packaging was... fine, I guess. Not awful, but definitely not great either. The box showed up a little bent, and there really wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily, nothing was broken, so that’s good, but it still feels like it could’ve been packed a bit better

"Still not really resolved"
I had a problem with my order the way it was handled wasn’t great. Replies took ages, and I never really got a clear answer or proper fix. It felt like I was the one constantly chasing them. It also made me question the overall quality a bit, because if this is how issues are dealt with, I’m not sure I’d trust ordering again. Frustrating experience.

"Checkout left me stuck and confused"
I tried ordering from hydestore.com, but the payment options were frustrating. My usual payment method wasn’t available, and there wasn’t much explanation or guidance, so I kind of felt left in the dark about what I was supposed to do next.
The whole checkout process ended up feeling like more of a hassle than it needed to be. I eventually just abandoned my cart and bought from another site instead. Not the smoothest experience

"Subscription was more hassle than convenient"
I gave the subscription thing a try because I figured it would make reordering easier, but it just turned into one more little chore to deal with.

That whole “manage your plan” setup wasn’t as smooth as I expected. I had to poke around more than I should’ve, and half the time I wasn’t even sure if my changes actually saved.

For me, the point of a subscription is that it’s supposed to be convenient. This one didn’t really do that, so I ended up thinking I should’ve just stuck with regular orders.

"Mostly fine, but they missed one thing"
I ordered from hydestore.com and most of it showed up right, but one item was the wrong size compared to what I picked. It wasn’t the end of the world, just annoying because it feels like something that should’ve been checked before shipping. Delivery was okay overall. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because i don’t usually trust that they’ll do much besides give a generic reply. I might order again, but only if they get better about double-checking orders.

"Device is super laggy and support was slower than expected"
I bought this from hydestore.com and it’s been frustrating. The device is really slow, freezes a lot, and the battery drains way faster than I expected. I also thought I’d get a quicker response when trying to get help, but that hasn’t really happened. Overall, I’m not happy with the experience.

I was ready to place an order because the products do look good, I guess, but the flavor options were really limited. Most of the ones I actually wanted either weren’t listed or looked like they were out of stock. Maybe they’re great when available, but it was frustrating enough that I just didn’t end up buying anything.

At first glance the product looked fine, but after checking the details a bit more, a few things just felt off and made me question whether it’s actually original. Shipping was okay, no real issue there, but I hate having to waste time and energy trying to figure out if something is legit. It really should’ve come with clearer proof of authenticity.

"Battery's been holding up okay"
I got this battery from hydestore.com and, it’s been better than I thought so far. It did take a little while to show up, not sure if that was normal or what, but once I put it in, it seemed to hold a charge well. Haven’t had it that long, but no issues yet.

"Puff count didn’t add up"
I ordered a vape from hydestore.com because I remember the puff count looking good, though I don’t recall every detail on the listing. What I do remember is it dying way sooner than I expected, and not just by a little.
I’m not picky about the number being perfect, but this felt far enough off that it made me question the whole listing. If that part isn’t close, I’m not really sure what I paid for, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"I wanted to love it, but it’s not worth the price"
I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I was really hoping this would live up to what I expected. Unfortunately, it just didn’t. For the price, the quality feels disappointing, and I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. It’s tough to say because I usually like their stuff, but this one missed the mark for me.

"Shipping used to be better"
I ordered from hydestore.com because I remembered their shipping being decent before, but this time it took way longer than I expected.

There were barely any updates for days, so I kept having to check the tracking myself. It did eventually show up, but it felt like it was just sitting somewhere for too long.

The product itself was fine, so no complaints there, but the delivery was frustrating. They used to be better about this, and I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something quickly

From what I remember, the prices weren’t bad, but they didn’t really stand out as a great deal either. I feel like I’ve paid a little less for similar stuff elsewhere, so it would be nice if they were a bit lower.

"Decent site, with a little treasure hunt built in"
The website was fine overall. I found most of what I needed without getting completely lost, which is always a nice bonus on the internet. Pages loaded okay, and the layout is simple enough, so no major complaints there.
That said, some parts felt a bit clunky. The filters and product details could definitely be clearer, unless the goal was to make me feel like a detective clicking around for clues. Not a bad site, just one that could use a bit of smoothing out
